Pay: $23-$33+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
No Weekends | Direct Hire | Full Benefits

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman with a strong diesel, heavy equipment, heavy truck, automotive, or similar mechanical background. This role is approximately 75% administrative/customer-focused and 25% shop-floor support.
Responsibilities
- Open, manage, and close service work orders
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs and equipment issues
- Coordinate technician workloads and repair schedules
- Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Complete invoices, warranty documentation, and service reports
- Support technician training, safety, and quality standards
- Oversee and support technicians
- Occasionally deliver parts to field technicians
Qualifications
- 3+ years of mechanical, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment experience preferred
- Strong understanding of engines, transmissions, axles, and related components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and email skills
- Leadership or Lead Technician experience is a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
