Field Service Supervisor - Industrial Equipment
Location: Milwaukee, WI (Open to Chicago & Dallas candidates)
Pay: $71,000-$105,000 annually + 10% bonus
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM
Travel: Up to 80%

Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise up to 15 field technicians.
Coordinate scheduling, projects, and daily operations.
Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of industrial heat transfer equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Ensure safety compliance and maintain customer relationships.
Review service reports and technician performance.
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial field service or mechanical experience.
2+ years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and P&IDs.
Excellent leadership and customer communication skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
