Maintenance Controller
Location: Carmel, IN | Direct Hire | On-Site
Pay: Based on experience + $7/hr Controller premium
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 3 days one week / 4 days the next
Night Shift: +$1/hr differential
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Relocation: $2,500 for qualifying candidates

Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities for active aircraft.
- Provide technical support for aircraft maintenance issues.
- Monitor MELs, deferred maintenance and aircraft discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Dispatch, Planning, Engineering, Materials and Quality.
- Oversee third-party maintenance providers when needed.
- Track maintenance progress and aircraft return-to-service status.
- Complete maintenance records, reports and system updates.
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certifications required.
- 1+ year of aviation maintenance experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong aircraft troubleshooting and technical knowledge.
- Comfortable working in an office-based, phone/computer-focused role.
- Available for 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
