Maintenance Technician Description
- Troubleshoot and repair mixers, conveyors, pumps, packaging equipment, motors, gearboxes, bearings, drives, and material handling systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to scheduled PMs.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic controls issues.
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
- Mentor and provide hands-on support to Maintenance Technician I employees.
- Maintain accurate work orders, PMs, and repair documentation in the CMMS.
Requirements - High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with motors, gear reducers, bearings, belts, chains, conveyors, and drives.
