What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently-not just reacting to breakdowns.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Work on motors, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and shafts
  • Diagnose issues using PLCs, HMIs, schematics, and ladder logic
  • Perform installs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance
  • Use CMMS to track work orders and repairs
  • Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes

What You Need

  • 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • 2+ years of PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
  • Comfortable working nights and being on your feet

Pluses (not required):

  • Welding or fabrication experience
  • Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment
