We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead third-shift maintenance operations within a large, fast-paced manufacturing facility. This position will oversee a team of 5-10 Maintenance Technicians and play a key role in equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong electro-mechanical background, PLC and instrumentation knowledge, and proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-10 Maintenance Technicians.
- Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across production equipment and facility systems.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide leadership during equipment failures, troubleshooting efforts, and root-cause analysis.
- Support troubleshooting of PLCs, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and related industrial systems.
- Partner with Production to prioritize repairs, reduce equipment downtime, and improve overall reliability.
- Oversee maintenance work orders, SAP documentation, equipment records, and inventory-related processes.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs, TPM initiatives, SOPs, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor maintenance performance through KPIs, equipment reliability, and operational metrics.
- Train and mentor employees on proper maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and safe work practices.
- Maintain compliance with applicable safety, OSHA, USDA, and facility requirements.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs and instrumentation.
- Solid electro-mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technicians and provide coaching, training, and performance direction.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and other departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Bachelor's degree is not required; equivalent education, technical training, and relevant industry experience will be considered.
- Must be available to work third shift and rotating weekend coverage.

- Food manufacturing experience
- Pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing experience
- Packaging equipment experience
- Ammonia refrigeration knowledge
- High-pressure boiler and compressed air experience
- PLC controls and industrial instrumentation
- SAP or similar CMMS experience
- TPM and reliability maintenance experience
- OSHA and/or USDA-regulated manufacturing experience
