Process Technician
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Pay: $22.00 - $36.00
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Shift: 1st or 3rd shift - 2/2/3 - 12-hour rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and start production processes, including press operation and robot programming
- Load and manage robot programs to ensure optimal machine performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot production jobs to minimize downtime
- Perform mold setups and develop setup instructions
- Conduct scientific molding studies and collaborate with Process Engineer
- Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives with engineering and tooling teams
- Follow all safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and company policies
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical degree (2-year or 4-year) in a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on training
- Completion of Set-Up Technician onboarding/training programs
- Experience with plastics injection molding
