Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign daily work for maintenance technicians.
• Prioritize emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, refrigeration, and production equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Quality, Safety, and outside contractors.
• Ensure maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance are completed accurately.
• Train, coach, and support maintenance team members while promoting safety and accountability.
• Maintain maintenance records, equipment documentation, and parts inventory.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
